With the start of 2025, we’re excited to release a few features that give you more control over the Oyster experience. From a co-branding feature to infuse your own brand into the Oyster experience, longer cut-off date for global payroll team members, and richer salary insights, this month’s updates will hand you the steering wheel for a successful global employment ride.

Announcing Oyster’s co-branding feature

We are excited to announce that customers can now customize the appearance of the Oyster platform, including changing the color scheme and adding custom logos. With Oyster’s new co-branding feature, deliver a consistent, branded experience to your global team members.

Access global salary data from Oyster and Figures

Building the right compensation strategy at a global scale can get tricky. But now, Oyster brings you rich global salary data from multiple sources. Benchmark salaries using Oyster Pay Bands or Figures market data right within the Salary Insights Tool. 

What else is new?

📅 New cut-off dates for global payroll customers: To give our global payroll customers more time when making payroll changes for a payroll team member, we’ve moved the cut-off date from the 10th to the 15th of the month starting January 2025. Learn more.

⚡ Bulk payroll changes via Zapier: With Oyster’s Zapier integration, you can now automate your payroll change workflows and submit payroll changes in bulk to the Oyster platform. Learn more.
