As the former Community Lead of Oyster's People Community, she regularly empowered and facilitated leaders and professionals to transform their workplaces into authentic, inclusive, and thriving remote and hybrid environments.
Carmen brings a unique global perspective to my work due to her multicultural upbringing, which ignited her passion for building inclusive communities where people can celebrate and learn from each other.
