Oyster does not add extra charges for essentials like setup and onboarding, talking to HR experts, or processing terminations —it’s all included in your subscription fee. Oyster requires a refundable deposit for EOR Team Members to initiate the engagement and to ensure on-time payments to your team.
What currency can I pay Oyster in?
Oyster accepts payments in USD, EUR, GBP, or CAD. Oyster accepts both direct debit and wire transfers as payment methods. You can easily set up direct debit or auto-withdrawal and pay Oyster in one click through the platform.
How does Oyster handle currency conversions?
Oyster charges a fee for currency conversions but the fee applies only if you pay us in a currency different from the contract currency. Click here to learn more.
Is there a minimum number of team members required to use Oyster?
No, you can use Oyster to engage as many global candidates as you need. The Oyster subscription fee is charged per active Team Member.
How does annual billing work for Employer of Record?
Oyster offers a seat-based, annual billing option for the Employer of Record product. Using this option, you purchase annual seats at a reduced fee. Your seats can be used for new or existing EOR Team Members. When a seat becomes empty, you can reuse it for new roles or backfills at no additional cost. Learn more here.
