Overview on remote work regulations in Serbia

The Labor Law in Serbia defines mandatory features for remote working agreements, or annexes to employment agreements when they are executed for work outside the employer's business premises, i.e. work from home.

Working hours, supervision of the employee's work, the means of work that will be provided to the employee (that the employer is required to install and maintain), compensation for expenses related to the use of those means of work, and compensation for other expenses must all be regulated by the parties.
