The Remote Ready program simulates working at a distributed company.
We use the remote tools and practices you’ll learn about to run the course. For full immersion, the course is 95% asynchronous. During the course, you’ll work through lessons and tutorials. This will be done together, using distributed tools like Slack and Loom.
The course is 4 weeks long, but your work will be at your own pace. Anyone can complete Remote Ready, regardless of their time commitments or familiarity with the tools.
At the end of the course, you are awarded an official Remote Ready certificate. Access to Oyster’s exclusive community. There you will find partners, customers, and potential future employers.
Upon completion of Remote Ready, we will help you find and apply for remote jobs at the best-distributed companies. There you will be able to show prospective employers that you’re Remote Ready.
