Your company can use Oyster to set up multi-country payroll for full-time employees and contractors hired with Oyster by enabling direct debit. Team Members can add their banking information right in the platform to receive their payments.
How often does payroll run in Oyster?
Oyster follows local payroll frequency requirements for full-time Team Members (e.g. bi-weekly, monthly). Fixed contractors are paid on a monthly basis. For pay-as-you-go contractors, payments are processed as soon as you approve their invoices.
