How can I request support or ask questions in the Oyster app?
The Oyster Support team serves both Customers and Team Members by promptly resolving inquiries within 72 hours. To request support, simply log into your account, choose Support Center from the main navigation, then click ‘Submit a request’ in the top right corner.
